CFD BABA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • CFD Baba Simulations Pvt. Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests for digital products, software licenses, training programs, consultancy services, internships, or customized simulation projects once access or work has started. However, support, corrections, or appropriate resolutions may be provided if a genuine issue is identified from our end.
  • In case of technical issues, software access, or service delivery, customers are requested to report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery/access activation. Our technical team will verify and review the concern before taking an appropriate decision.
  • If you feel that the delivered service, software access, or project output is not as described on our website or differs from the agreed scope, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, our team will take appropriate action.
  • For issues related to third-party software, plugins, or external platforms used alongside our services, customers may also need to refer to the respective software provider’s policies and support terms.
  • In case any refund is approved by CFD Baba Simulations Private Limited, the refund amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
